FOR BUSINESS – Will internal transfer templates move to the upgraded system?

No. Before November 13, business customers need to take screenshots or write down the information needed to recreate your internal transfer templates after the upgrade.

FOR BUSINESS – Will ACH history transfer to the upgraded system?

No. Download your ACH history before November 13. We also recommend creating a template for each unique ACH file before that date because the upgraded system will not support the “Copy” feature.

FOR BUSINESS – Account Nicknames may not carry over the same.

We encourage customers to have a list of their nicknames before November 13.

e-Statement access for non-Online Banking users:

As of November 14, 2026 e-Statement enrollment and access will be through either our personal or business Online Banking system. If you access your e-Statement outside of our Online Banking system today you will need to enroll in Online Banking and re-enroll in e-Statements.  To enroll in Online Banking simply click on the Online Banking box in red at the top right of our home page and click on “Enroll Now” to start the process. If you do not re-enroll in e-Statements, paper statements will automatically be mailed to the personal or business address we have on file.

We understand that changes to your banking service can raise questions, and we are here to help. Please feel free to call us at 308-382-4000 or 1-800-658-3183.
