Retail Branch Supervisor – Hastings

Principal duties and responsibilities include:

Build strong customer relationships by helping customers identify solutions for their personal, retail, and business banking needs
Open, originate, and service deposit products, including deposit accounts and certificates of deposit
Originate and service consumer and personal loan products, including auto and recreational loans
Review and underwrite personal loan requests in accordance with bank policies and procedures
Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and support for teller and retail banking staff
Coordinate teller schedules, staffing coverage, and daily workflow to support efficient branch operations
Resolve customer questions, concerns, and escalations with professionalism and care
Partner with the Retail Manager to help achieve branch sales, service, operational, and customer experience goals
Model relationship-building behaviors that promote trust, teamwork, and a positive customer experience
Promote Home Federal Bank products and services, including digital and virtual banking solutions
Maintain a working understanding of BSA/AML responsibilities, including CIP, SAR, and CTR requirements
Assist with teller transactions as needed to support customers and branch operations
Collaborate with other areas of Home Federal Bank to provide seamless service and support

Full-Time and Part-Time Teller – Grand Island

Principal duties and responsibilities include:

Accurately and efficiently process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, payments, money orders, cashier’s checks, and savings bonds
Provide friendly, knowledgeable service by answering customer questions and sharing account information when appropriate
Connect customers with the right team members for additional assistance, products, or services
Verify and post night deposits, daily business deposits, mail deposits, and ATM bags in a timely manner
Maintain and balance a cash drawer with accuracy and attention to detail
Work toward Corporate, department, and personal goals
Follow BSA/AML responsibilities, including accurate CTR and SAR awareness and reporting
Complete other duties as assigned to support the branch and customer experience

Commercial Loan Officer – Lincoln and Hastings

Home Federal Bank is looking for a Commercial Loan Officer for our Lincoln and Hastings branches to continue to help our customers build their future at home. We are seeking an outgoing individual with excellent customer service skills and a strong sales aptitude.

Principal duties and responsibilities include:

Building relationships with existing Home Federal Bank customers
Making contacts with future Home Federal Bank customers to build relationships
Acquire and originate commercial real estate and non-real estate loans
Business development of primary target market which includes small to medium size businesses
Market and cross sell all Home Federal Bank products and services including virtual products
Responsible for credit management and underwriting portfolio
Participate in the community in order to foster the relationship between the bank and community members
