Home Federal Bank is currently seeking a part-time teller. The principal responsibilities of this position will be to provide excellent customer service, maintain and balance a cash drawer, accurately and efficiently complete financial transactions, and provide information to customers concerning the status and history of their accounts.  Customer service experience and an understanding of banking transactions preferred but not required.

This is a fast paced position and requires an individual with strong customer service, communication, technology, and organization skills as well as the ability to multi-task. Previous teller experience preferred by not required.

Receptionist - Grand Island

Home Federal Bank is currently seeking a full-time Receptionist.  The primary responsibilities of this position are to build relationships with new and existing customers, accurately and efficiently complete transactions, maintain and balance a cash drawer, and provide information to customers concerning the status and history of their accounts, act as a backup to the retail banker, take inbound customer service calls, and complete reports and projects as assigned by management.  This is a fast paced position and requires an individual with strong customer service, communication, technology. and organizational skills as well as the ability to multi-task.  Previous teller experience preferred by not required.

Full-time Teller and Compliance Assistant - Grand Island

Home Federal Bank is searching for a Full-time Teller and Compliance Assistant to join the Grand Island team.  The primary responsibilities of this position are to build relationships with new and existing customers, accurately and efficiently complete transactions, maintain and balance a cash drawer, provide information to customers concerning the status and history of their accounts, maintenance file work for IRA's and complete tasks as assigned by the Compliance Team.  This is a fast paced position and requires an individual with strong customer service, communication, technology and organization skills as well as the ability to multi-task.  Previous teller experience preferred but not require.

Loan Officer - Lexington

Home Federal Bank is currently seeking a full-time Loan Officer.  The primary responsibilities of this position are to build relationships with new and existing customers, originate loans, grow and manage a loan portfolio, market and cross sell Home Federal products and services, service Home Federal customers, as well as giving support to other areas within Home Federal. Requirements include a minimum of 2 years lending experience, a Direct Endorsement Underwriting status with FHA or qualifications to obtain status, as well as a NMLS Registration or the ability to be registered. A minimum of 1 year experience in new accounts recommended. A complete regulatory and compliance knowledge in mortgage lending including RESPA, Regulation Z, Regulation B, ECOA and HOLA is beneficial. Skills needed to be successful in this position include attention to detail, organization, ability to multitask, time management, and communication. Previous sales experience preferred but not required.
